Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to allow visitation in the facility per directions from Public Health, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and CMS. We are scheduling appointments for outdoor visitation for 15 minutes each visit. Visitors must answer some screening questions prior to the visit as well as have their temperature taken and recorded. Masks must be worn and social distancing of at least 6 feet must be maintained.
