Healthcare professionals who have already sent a referral to The Bridge Care Suites and wish to make reservations can log in to our Providers/Partners page and reserve a room through our automated reservation system. It’s as simple as logging in, selecting an available room, setting a transportation time, and letting us know of any special needs that your future guest may have. A simple click and voila! Your room reservation is set once we confirm all of your details! You’ll even receive a confirmation via email or text message to ensure that you have all of the information you’ll need!

If you are a potential guest that is still looking for the perfect place to meet your therapy needs, look no further! The Bridge Care Suites makes reservations simple and easy prior to your stay. If you already have a planned surgery, simply let your surgeon or primary care physician know that you’d like to be a guest at The Bridge Care Suites after your surgery for therapy services, and let us know so that we can work with your doctor ahead of time to ensure a seamless continuity of care. In some cases, your physician's office may be able to help us create your room reservation before your surgery and already have a reservation confirmation for you to take with you prior to your surgery.  This makes it quick and simple for your doctor to ensure that everything he or she would like to see in your progress home happens to their exact specifications.

Perhaps you or a loved one had an unexpected illness or surgery, and the hospital has told you that you need extended therapy services from the hospital. Simply stop by and take a tour if you’d like to see the facility, make your reservation, or ask your discharge planner to send your referral to The Bridge Care Suites, and we’ll take it from there!
