We understand that planning a surgery can be stressful.  You have to make accommodations for the mail, the pets, the house, and then you worry about yourself after all of that.  Why not take the worry out of "What do I do?" with a pre-operative reservation at The Bridge Care Suites?

 

Here's how it works:

 

When you have made the decision to have surgery, simply stop by for a quick tour.  We'll gather the information we'll need to start the pre-authorization process for your insurance company or with Medicare.  Even if you don't have a date set in stone, this will help to speed up your admission process.  If you do have a surgery date, great!  However, if you are still waiting for your surgeon to set a date, simply call us back after we have your information on file and let us know the date of surgery.  During your tour, we'll give you some information on the things you'll want to pack for your stay, and you'll be on your way!

 

On the day of your surgery, we will inform the case manager at the hospital that you have chosen for your post-op recovery that you have made pre-operative reservations with The Bridge Care Suites.  They will send off the specific clinical notes that are needed for your insurance and we will add them to your packet to have you ready to go when your doctor is ready to discharge you from the hospital.  When that time comes, we'll pick you up (along with your pre-packed bags) and bring you to your private suite here at The Bridge Care Suites.  It's that simple.
